Art Decal Sticker

Can you buy the ‘paper’ used for Vinyl Wall Art for home printers? A.K.A. Decals or Repositionable Stickers?

I am looking for something I can use at home with either my Color Ink Jet printer or my Black & White Laser Printer to make something like these products:

The really tricky part is the re-positional part. Most ink jet sticker paper is for one time use and meant to stay-put. As for inkjet, you know it runs badly when dampened. I often spray ink jet printed labels with clear matte spray from the paint dept. Quick dry like Krylon works best.
