terrible lower back pain?
my lower back is in so much pain. like almost like 7-8 yrs ago a girl in school pulled the chair out from under me and i fell right on my butt and couldn’t get up. my dad took me home and i layed in bed for like a week and after that the pain seemed to become manageable with over the counter pain relievers. and now ever since i get excruciating pain in lower back randomly and nothing seems to help till it subsides after days sometimes a couple weeks. anyway my question is if it might be possible I had really hurt it and if their is any serious injury that could possible be done by falling on your butt? i was fairly young im 21 now.
You could have broken your coccyx otherwise known as your tail bone…Me in my mid age broke mine and it took me a year to heal…won’t take you so long. I would consult your doctor who may wish to xray it. A chiropractor might be another route to go. But there is really no cure for a broken tail bone except time. Applying ice might help and I would suggest ibuprofen for pain and inflammation.
