Back Counter Chairs

Im 35 weeks pregnant & fell pretty hard on my back, should i be worried?

While rearranging my kitchen cabinets (I’m nesting pretty bad) I was standing on the kitchen counter & I stepped back on the chair & the chair gave out & I fell pretty hard backwards on my back from the top of the counter. Should I be worried? I haven’t bled or spotted or anything. I didn’t feel much movement until maybe 30 mins later. So she’s moving, that’s a good sign, but not as active. Am I being a worry wart? Or should I do something about it? Help!

I’d get yourself checked out just in case… earlier in the pregnancy, there’s a lot of fluid to cushion any falls, but as baby gets bigger, there’s less cushioning.

I think it’s best to get yourself and baby checked out now rather than worrying in 12 hours that you’ve not felt baby move for a while – you’ll drive yourself mad with worry!
