Executive office chair – leather seat – wood back?

my dad recently told me that he would love to have an office chair thats made of wood with a leather seat. we just moved into a new house and it would really complete his office. long story short, i want to surprise him with a chair like this. any ideas where i could find one? links would be very appreciated!!! any suggestions would really help! thanks!
