Balance Valve

hola me wondering about my new Mitsubishi Eclipse 93 with problems while having a 16-valve 2.0 engine?

I have a mitsubishi eclipse 93 with a 16 valve 2.0 engine I have written a couple of days ago about not being able to turn the crank all the way only half of the lap I found out today that the boy gave it to me tried to replace the timing belt and put the belt on the weight balance shaft at the top so it could have serious the engine vibration How I can fix this? please help me thanks

the engine is considered an "interference" engine. If synchronization valve is not correct .. Do NOT turn the engine, as it will cause the valves to hit pistons. If you do not know how to replace the belt, or restore from someone else's mistake, I suggest you bring it to a mechanic. I just made one of those .. (I am a mechanic) and they are not so difficult … but you need tools basic and a couple of special tools, you could probably get as "lenders" at your local auto parts.
