Does the bar on the ground for the dead or is a fluid motion?
I've been doing deadlifts with stiff legs, but I will be the change the knee bent because my friend advised that it is safer for the back. During the rigid legs that never set the bar on the ground, but most videos I've seen a dead weight with knee bend the lifter has the weight resting on the ground before lifting again.
legs still hard videos not dead, probably hit the ground because their hamstrings werent flexible enough to reach full amplitude. if you can hit the ground on stiff legs, do it.
