Do these colors ….?

We are choosing colors for a condo we are buying new and are considering the following: white and black checkered linoleum in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry (must be the same in each of these rooms) with black granite countertops in the kitchen area and laminate look black and white granite in the bathrooms. Ivory maple cabinets / drawers. Red walls in the kitchen table, black with red accents. dark brown sofa, two chairs red, beige with dark brown wainscoating on the wall above him, black entertainment center and end table, dark brown area and beige carpet red, brown, black pillows, beige, and other decoration in these colors. Are these good sound? I've always wanted a flat black and white checkered …. but it is too sticky? The second option we have is to make a linoleum floor light gray to black, to the top in the kitchen with light cabinets and walls the same color red, and a gray counter in the bathroom. The hall would be the same. .. So …?

You must choose very neutral colors (white, cream, brown) for all floors, bathroom fixtures, appliances and clothing. That way you can change the color when you get tired of it with all the towels, rugs, accessories. As someone who has had several homes, I can tell, your taste will change over time and do not want to be stuck with the colors you choose now.
