I have very dry skin on the back I feel so dry crack, what should I do?

It is in the back and stomach. It is so dry that when scratches and scalp dry flakes'm also starting to notice in my side. It gets worst time to time. I vaseline, cocoa butter, olive oil, tried change the sheets more often and wash my bath towels, tried to swim in cold water and nothing helped. Is my diet, my weight is not the time because I experience throughout the year and not to sunbathe or take tans. I drink far too much water during the day and night. You can not understand, but I'm tired of scratching and feel as if my skin is appearing. My scalp is the same way, sometimes I have tried everything, all the shampoo dandriff, switched to the cream and dress hair very clear that nothing more than olive oil or natural oils and dry scalp fade. Please Help Is there anything I can do to help with this problem of dry skin.?

First, see a dermatologist. But until you can get into something I could try. My son has eczema and his skin of his toes crack badly. What I do is soak in bath for 20 minutes until the skin is hydrated, wash it with Cetaphil skin cleanser, then I towel dry and immediately put baby oil on the skin, put vaseline on the extra hydration cracks. Hun hope it works, it works wonders for my son.
