How can you get rid of black spots on your shower curtain?

After 3 weeks of putting up new shower curtains, I always get black stains on it. I don’t know where it’s coming from but I want to get rid of it. I once put it in a washer but it didn’t go away.

Try tossing it in the washer with hot water, a bit of bleach and a couple of towels. It sounds like mold/mildew. Or scrub the spots with a scrubber and a mildew cleaner before you toss it in the water with the towels and bleach.

It might help if you leave the shower curtain open a few hours after a shower so that it can dry out.
