Anyone know what kitchen knife is good and where to buy?

I need a knife that can cut flesh and all, a general-purpose knife can cut the bread and slice the tomatoes also. I bought the series for Sharp always rusty knife and sight of water drops. It's worse than any knife I bought. So I'm looking for what to buy and where to buy. Thanks!

Some of the best global brands, Shun, Wustof, Henkels, Forschner, Global, Mercer, Cutco … etc, but do not know how much to spend. But just so you know, blades are the only type of knife that cuts through bone. You can buy the mountains, however, they were designed specifically to cut through the bone. I suggest you buy a French knife (also known as chef knife), a knife compensation bread and a paring knife. All three should get through most of cutting tasks in the kitchen (unless you have to have a knife or a saw). Most of the knives that I listed are quite expensive. Some are relatively affordable … but you have to shop around. Any store selling kitchen knives or shops specialized knife. I avoid buying knives in department stores like Walmart or Target … marks are not good. Take care of them and keep them sharp. I suggest learn to refine and buy a sharpening stone and steel. Do not use electric knife sharpener … Personally, I think they are a waste of money. Take care of your knives and be happy with them. In addition, serrated knives are difficult to sharpen. You can do it professionally sharpened or you can simply buy a new knife when bread knife is dull. I do not suggest buying a bread knife expensive for this reason.
