Cabinet Pull

I'm looking for a system to mount a cabinet hinge?

I'm looking for a hinge system to build a small cabinet on a wall at ceiling level in order to be able to pull down and away from the wall at the working level while maintaining parallel to the wall. I can not find anyone who supplies the system. Could be spring, pneumatic, hydraulic or compensation (or not), but the closest I have come in-box is a drop-down platform hinge. I'm thinking of a "Lazy Z" style hinge capable of putting aside a wall stud and the back or inside the cabinet. Any suggestions?
