Cast Iron Soap
Did I ruin my Cast Iron skillet? I bought it washed with soap and water. Now it looks rusty.?
I knew nothing of condiments.
Clean everything with olive oil and a paper towel. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put the pan in the oven and turn oven off. It is to stay there until the oven cools. It will be fine.
