How I can replace a broken circuit breaker?

The circuit breaker 60 which leads to my heater is broken. How I can change myself without being electrocuted? Is it hard to do or can you just turn the switch and unscrew the thing?

This isn't rocket science here. First turn off the main switch, unscre 60 amp breaker should be two cables to it, take down their storage hardware and get another more common a $ 20 or less and replace it. Once you have all wies again, then back to the main and then the new machine and should be all set. Just make sure you do not touch copper or metal bars on the panel to reduce the likelihood of collision
