How I can install sewer lines and providing a foot tub?

I need to know some information about bathtubs with legs? "I can rough in the drain and supply lines before the tub get? The lines passing through the floor so I can spend pvc threaded nipples or need something stronger? Also sit on a tile floor. I need all the suggestions and contributions.

To clarify, the bathtub used 2 " drainage, with a 1 ½ "vent and 1 ½" arm trap. If this is a new bath, get the manufacturer's specification sheet. It would a bad idea to have a plumber in the open for you.
