Pain just under ribs on the right side?

Had this pain for a month or so. Gets worse as the day goes on and hurts like hell when im on my feet for a while (say preparing the lunch) I have to lean over forwards and put my arm in the air to relieve it momentarily. What could this be? I had a gall bladder scan 2 months ago which was all clear but I didn’t have that pain at the time as they did the scan as a procedure when I went into hospital with stomach pains. Rest relieves it.

It could be your appendix. If the pain is on your right side under your ribs, and your back too, then that’s probably what it is. If it’s just under your ribs, and not your back, then I don’t really know. Just go have your doctor check it out. If you think it’s your appendix, don’t mess around. You need to take care of it now before it ruptures and your body fills up with your waste….then you’ll have yourself a big problem.
