What is the camera that takes a color and makes the rest black and white?

I see the photos on facebook, and my this girl in my grade have one. It is a camera to take a picture of a specific color and then the rest of the pictures you take just have to color outside of the big picture and make the rest of the white image and black. All I know is that the camera does this and is a digital camera. What is the camera called? Can you give me a link? the cost? Thanks for any help.
