Concealed Shower Head

HELP!!!! SHAVED HEAD WITH RAZOR GOT BAD RAZOR BUMPS! INGROWN HAIRS?? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Alright I’ve been shaving my head now with success for the last 3 months using an electric razor, Well Yesterday I had a Meeting at work, and I didn’t have the time to cut my hair with the E-Razor for half an hour ( Which is about how long it takes with a electric razor ) , So i got out of the shower and used a Regular face Mach 3. Well Today I woke up and My entire head is covered with ingrown hairs/razor bumps! It was so bad that I had to wear a hat for new years and while the hat was on my head it was hurting my scalp because my scalp was so sensitive. I have to do something about this because I dont want to go to work monday covered in Razor bumps. I knew I should Not have used the razor it was a horrible mistake. What should I do to treat it? Can i conceal it with Make up or something? How do I get the Bumps to go away? HELP! 10 POINTS TO BEST ANSWER

well i say… use deodorant it helps to sooth it but your suppose to use tea tree oils and wait to heal b4 u shave again…
