How to use a 21qt Presto cooker / pot?

If I double-stack containers, how close I can get to the top of the lid? Besides, I hot the jars in hot water before putting them into the pot? How far I can get to the top of the lid of the pot? What pressure should I can meat deer on it?

I can use all the time. I stack pint jars with no problem. If the jars are cold you should warm up, but if the ambient temperature will worry about it. I've done everything right and still had a bottle break occurs only some are canned meats times.All at 15 pounds pressure for 90 minutes.
