How I can deal with points of bleach in a navy blue cotton sweatshirt?

points are colored chlorine … and are of a kitchen / cleaner bathrooms.

The only way to try to save it for the color of the sweatshirt. Wash first to make sure all the chlorine is out, then try a blue dye. If not, or if the color is off … oh, well. You have not lost anything, but a couple of dollars to the dye. Good luck.
