What do you think about these decoration plans for my restroom?

I’m planning to buy a bathroom set that has silver victorian swirls over a glass background. I want the towels to be teal. I already picked out teal colored “crushed” satin (looks like deep water) for the shower curtain. I also want to put up pictures of shipwrecks and mermaids. Sound like a cool idea?
Oh, and my tile and counters are gray, so I think it should match.
