Strange bathroom custom Questions?

I work in a large institution of staff, patients and students. I’m always amazed at what I find or see in the bathroom. I have gone in stalls where there are footprints on the toilet seat. I have noticed people in the next stall (women) who’s feet are pointed in the opposite direction the way you would see a mans foot pointed in a bathroom stall. I have seen people sprinkle themselves at the sink. Can someone catch me up to date on these very different bathroom customs.

well, the footprints might be from someone putting some contraband(drugz, porn) in the ceiling tiles. As far as the feet facing backwards, they may be using the tank of the toilet as a desktop to write on or use laptop, or roll up a cigarette made of wacky tobaccy. As far as sprinkling themselves at the sink, i guess this is better than if they sprinkled themselves in the stall.
