Is there an insert available to block a key in a lock cylinder?

I want to keep the ability to use a key from the outside a safety lock, while maintaining the ability to use the lock knob on the inside.

Want a reversible or irreversible? My way is irreversible. Fill the opening with epoxy glue. That is very difficult things. The investment is to buy a new lock.
