What is an inexpensive way to keep the doors from sticking in the door frame?

My two bedroom doors stick frames and as I have no income low that I have to find a cheap way to stop this, anyone ideas?

"Pro" had a great response. Depending on how is sticking, you may want to ensure that all hinge screws are tight (which is attached to door, and door frame).
