Double Sink Set

I have just become the owner of a second hand Elddis whirlwind XL caravan and cannot set-up the shower!?

I would really appreciate it if anyone who owns an Elddis Whirlwind XL caravan can explain to me how to set-up the shower head. How do you unlock the shower head from the sink {doubles up as a basin tap}. I have looked through the documentation but cannot find any info and cannot figure out how it works. Even my plumber who is installing my new bathroom suite cannot figure it out. It can’t be rocket science, but it might as well be. Can anyone help me Pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzze?
