Why do I feel tired after drinking 8 glasses of water?

I thought I'd try to drink 8 1 / 2 gallon jugs of water, like all the world is saying to do recently. I feel more tired of doing that than I was before. I've only been dealing with this issue of water for 2 days, is this normal or am i tired because my body is adjusting or what?
