where should I write to protest against the proposed wolf hunting in Idaho?

Idaho's governor has decided to give hunters the green light to kill 80% of the wild wolf population in Idaho. this is an outrage. this was done mainly to appease hunters who fear they will not have enough to shoot moose and less on hunting season. I think these hunters should get a new hobby and not destroy the fragile balance of nature. the wolf population in the western states is starting to get more healthy levels after decades (even centuries) of the mass slaughter without shame at the hands of man to the brink of extinction. Obviously, the governor and his merry band of hunters want to bring us back to the mentality 19thc to eradicate anything that ruins their fun without any thought of consequences. no such thing as balance in this world. Humans have destroyed almost everything we touch, so few of us about the importance of balance. I feel for the wolf pups to be killed …
