How I can fix a powertrain in a range that does not turn on more lights?

The drive chain does not work on my fan more buy me a remote control to activate and turn off lights

A ceiling fan has a power cord, which is the string that you pull concerned. This switch is located on the right to housing over the lights. Make sure your wall switch is turned off, pull the bulbs out of sockets, mantle conditions of housing and you will see a small black pull switch that will have two wires going to it, are usually blue and black. If the pull chain has a bit of string to it you can go to a hardware store and get an extension of another chain and connect. If this fails there are ways to get your lights to work, but will not be able to use a remote control unless you have a receiver to hook that comes with the remote control to execute a series of bell upwards. If none of this works, then what you can do is make sure that the power goes out and enters the house and find the little black switch and cut the switch and hook two wires togeher and will be able to use the wall switch.
