Help please, how I can fix a shower faucet leaking?

Would you like to learn the correct way to install a faucet the shower dripping with the right tools. Please let me know what I have to start. If anyone can help me greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

First, shut off water at the water heater if it is the hot exhaust valve as it enters the house to the cold or both. Use a small screwdriver and remove H / C to insert the faucet. Then use a screwdriver to remove the screw holding the handle on the stem. Loosen the nut with a wrench and remove. Tire valve stem from the wall and replace the washer on the stem end. Reinstall in reverse order.
