By diverting water from the shower, faucet tub spout, I suppose to get water from?

Every time I turn on the bathtub faucet divert to the shower, I'm getting enough pressure from the tap, but there is still some water coming out through the spout. Not much, but it builds up pressure enough to push water away from the drain. This is clearly not a problem of obstruction. I tried with my hands, to force the tap water leakage (bypassing water to the shower walls), which clarifies the accumulation of water. If I change a new faucet diverter spout, I suppose to get water when it is being diverted in the shower? Is it supposed to be absolutely no water when you are off to the shower? I doubt the shower block. I have to take the detour to a certain height and move only to get enough pressure for the shower. You can get highs and lows, but 1 / 2, time is high. So it must be assumed that the water coming through the nozzle the key when the water is diverted to the shower?

If you can remove the shower head and then try your derailleur. You should not have the water from the spout when target. To replace the pipe, first check under the nozzle of the small access slot near the wall indicates that the supplier is held in place with a screw Allen. If so, use an Allen wrench to loosen the screw and slide the tip of the pipe. If there is no access slot, unscrew the pump itself.
