how can i wash my private area with a shower head that cant move?

i used to have those shower heads you can take down and has a tube so that you can wash your private area by moving the shower head down and around. but now my place has a fixed shower head that is really high. how do i wash my private area with this? i’d like to be clean :[ please teach me

do i just let water run down my abdomen and clean my private area with that water that is flowing down? wat about the a** hole area?

do i sit down and open my legs (really awkard position)

try putting your foot up on the ledge of the shower it gives a direct ‘flow’ of water to that area to help clean and rinse, as for your bum, just put your back to the water and rinse, it will fall down your back and get you clean.
