Where can I find an instant glass chiller or froster for a bar or nightclub?

Years ago I remember seeing something in Windsor Canada (I think) that was on the bar top next to the beer taps that you would put a beer glass on upside down and it shot ice cold water in it to rinse and instantly chill the glass. Does anyone know what im talking about or where I could find something similar? I’ve searched everywhere. Thanks

Bullseye Plum Striker Opal Thin Stained Glass $31.35 Translucent purple with light plum wisps, glass strikes to a consistent opal. Color darkens with extended heat work.
