How do i connect to an electric hand dryer?

I bought one of those electric hand dryers are mounted on a wall at one end Kmart today … I was wondering how i power up. there doesn't seem to be any type of plug or connection on the other behind a metal plate in a ring which is about the size of a coin. Does this have anything to do with plug?

Most wall mount dryers are designed to be wired. Many are designed to operate at 208V. First, review the board to see if you can run at 120. If not, you may be spinning their wheels. You remain better to have an electrician take a look at it. He can say exactly how you connect, what is needed, etc. Hope this helps.
