My sweater has srinked to end almost its original size after washing in the machine. Friends help?

It is a pure sweater handmade wool was washed in a front loading washing machine with gentle gel. I'm sure there must be some remedy to return to original size.

No must wash. In general, wool sweaters on the label says dry cleaning. Try wetting it with warm water and roll in a towel so it is not saturated and then extend in the correct size while still damp. Put it in a towel to finish drying. To get in shape on each side keep throwing around before finally dried. Do not put this type of jersey in the washer or dryer.
