(Legal drinking age is 18 where I'm from so do not say "You're not 21 ') Is a flask 8oz/230ml a concert and I really do not I have enough money to buy drinks $ 7! I want to get drunk.

If you can get your hands on some grain alcohol like Everclear or Spyritus that will give the theoretical maximum bang for your buck. If these are illegal or not available where they are the Bacardi 151 is the next best thing. There really are not many options in grain alcohol between 96% and 75% of rum. If you are going to be cheap liquor almost all cut to the same force for tax purposes at just pick one that will not make you sick.
