Is the kitchen in a restaurant cleaner than the kitchen at home?

The other day I was talking to someone about the restaurants and the code health violations, then that person said: "Everyone has health code violations Independent restaurants are the most clear that any kitchen at home, guaranteed .. "is it true? I know that in some cases could very true, but I'm talking about the middle of the kitchen" clean " home. Thanksss

I would say probably. Restaurants have to have certain standards or else that can be closed by the Board of Health if they are doing to do. Chain restaurants – the DM and RM can visit and that attention be given to cleaning the kitchen and GM ALWAYS out of their way to please their superiors.
