What are some really good headphones for home theater and Xbox?

I want some really good headphones in the range of $ 150 <to my home theater. I come home from work late at night and when I wake my wife and daughter, but still want to enjoy a movie or some Xbox. Obviously I would like go buy the Sennheiser HD 650 if he wanted to turn around half a grand, but that's not possible. Does anyone have any good suggestions? 5.1 sound and good bass are important! Thanks friends!

bose is one of the best headphones in my opinion. I have the speakers in my audi and theyre amazingggg. just a big brand around. they can get such expensive, but I'm pretty sure i saw some at best buy for about 100.
