Is it true that you have to leave your kitchen towels, if selling your home in CO?

So each house comes with a paper towel? For us to be clear. I have not come up with this lame idea for myself. My cousin just bought a house in the CO and I are saying this was in his contract. You have to get out and you must provide a description and estimated value. I have not found anything on the Internet either. That's why I thought I'd try this. I am not stupid … just covering my bases before I call out in their silly little stories.

I've never heard of such a stupid thing before EVER!
