Ladder Desk Table

Looking for a certain kind of pivoting/folding table/desk?

The bed I have now is a high bed, as in it needs a ladder to get in to, but I’m going to get a low bed soon, and i was want to get some kind of table/desk that just folds or pivots down above the bed from the wall. I just really need to know 1) If there is such a thing, 2) what they are called and possibly 3) where could I get them in the UK.
