Luxury connoisseurs: What sheets are the only sheets you’d have on your bed?

Egyptian cotton?
I have stayed in numerous hotels that have marvelous bedding and I’ve yet to find anything that compares to the level of comfort and feel of those beds. So what’s the secret?
I used to work for one of the hotel sheeting manufacturers. They have their own brand, so you really can’t buy the same thing at a store.
Usually the best hotels use a 600 thread-count sheet that is made with Egyptian cotton a small percentage of polyester. Something like 80%/20%. This increases the comfort and makes it easy to iron.
What you can do is talk to the hotel about purchasing a set or two of the sheets they use.
