Does anyone know what "ESF" means that when it comes to antique clocks?

I'm trying to figure out where this clock comes and manufacturer. And the value of the clock as well. This is a mantel clock made of wood, the front opens to wind with a key on the back opens and has a pengaliem there are 15 FHS 78.28 cm recorded in the back. I know it has to be an antique because it was a 83-year-old unlead. Can anyone help? please
