How many ounces can make a big martini glass?

I have graduated from a school serving. I'm being trained at a Japanese restaurant, but I realized that everything is so different from the school it serves. The martini glasses are twice as large as the ordinary. I am not qualified to be right. I was so confused in the bar. It really made me look so silly. They do not even have the correct and recipes. I really do not want to move on. "I can use my knowledge of school or the Internet? Please help!

I would use the knowledge of the school and what you find on the internet. Do not feel silly you were nervous and inexperienced. The drink should always use the same amount of alcohol that the recipe no matter the size of the cup, unless you are asked to add more or twice. Find some of the recipes that you feel comfortable and your own. Take the recipes from the restaurant and incorporate their knowledge of the school and what is in elsewhere. The key is having confidence in the drink you are doing and find your own system to prepare them. The measures that the restaurant may be that the budget to suit the size of liquor or glasses there. I like to drink the way I learned it and know how and on its way and compare before you choose not to go along with your prescription. If it is possible that a judge one for you. Bar trend can be an art of cooking or baking, it is up to you to create the perfect drink within your employer has established. Being open-minded and willing to learn new ways, if you do not understand why they do it that way do. If you strive to be the best at what what you can become an asset that every time the work and customers will come to you or follow you when you move on.
