Father’s Day is fast approaching. Have you started considering what to give your dad?

To help you prepare, here’s the first part of a 2-part article that will give you some ideas for Father’s Day camo gifts, whether you’re looking for something to make him laugh or something he can use.

In this first article, we’ll focus on some camo gifts for the consummate professional. (Hey, even the most avid outdoorsman still has to work occasionally.) Help your dad bring his love of the outdoors into his 9-to-5 job with these camo gifts.

Camo Gift Guide #1: Camo briefcase or laptop bag

What father doesn’t need a place to keep all his work files? A new briefcase is always a good gift idea, and it’s even better when it’s a camo briefcase. If your father has a laptop, look for a briefcase that has a padded interior compartment so he can fit everything in one bag. It also helps to find a briefcase that’s expandable, so that it’s easy to get thing in and out.

Camo Gift Guide #2: Camo tie

Ties may sound like a traditional gift, but these are the ties that will make your dad the envy of his friends around the water cooler. Are any of them lucky enough to have a family member give them a camo tie? Chances are good you can find a necktie in your dad’s favorite hunting pattern, like Mossy Oak Breakup or Realtree Hardwoods, and they go well with most suit colors.

Camo Gift Guide #3: Camo wallet

If your dad has had the same wallet since the 1980s, it may be time to encourage him to update. That’s easy when he’s upgrading from the basic brown or Black Leather to a nice camo wallet. If you want to help him make the transition, look for a wallet that’s the same style as his old one: for example, if he’s been using a bi-fold wallet for as long as you can remember, look for a camo bi-fold wallet instead of a tri-fold.

Camo Gift Guide #4: Camo digital watch

Finding the proper digital watch as a camo gift can help your father both on the clock and while he’s out in the woods or on the lake. You can find digital watches that include a compass, altimeter, chronograph and barometer, so not only does it tell time, but it also does other cool stuff that your dad can show off.
