Should I put my rates in my advertising prices mural art?

When I put an ad (online ads, mostly), I have to include what charge for the art mural in the ad, or should I tell them to email me the rates?

I do not think it would be prudent, let's see your wallet, and then discuss the price, when you have an idea of ​​what they want … (Details, colors, etc) i discuss prices only after I am reasonably informed of the customer wants, then I do not give price per foot at any time, because it can change with the customer's mind (and can shoot in the foot really bad there.)
