What color points used with stainless steel covers?

I tiled a backsplash in my kitchen. I have stainless steel appliances steel. My backsplash tiles has different shades of brown in it and the grout color is called chamois. I wanted to use making stainless steel covers .. but not I know if I should use black media or any other color? Not sure.
