What to choose sink with granite counter tops?

We chose the granite, but can not decide on the type of sink to go – undermount or overmounted, ie stainless steel. I do a lot of cooking and I worry that if I choose a double-bowl undermount sink (one side for washing and another container for drainage) which granite edges will become scratched. Any advice please?

I have an undermount granite – very easy to clean as it can only remove material directly into the sink and not have to get stuck on the edge of the sink. Your granite will not get scratched – it's a rock – it's basically indestructible, unless you think hit with a hammer or something. Get a good quality of the sink – which has a filling in the bottom so it is not so loud. Ours is a target – it is on eBay. Has a side very deep (11 ") and the other is 9" deep – it works! You'll love your granite!
