Would it be better to pair Tibetan Language with Chinese or Hindi in College if i want to work abroad?

If i want to spend SOME time working abroad with the tibetan people, would it be better to learn Hindi or Chinese along with Tibetan. I also plan to come back to the states and do work with exiled communities here.

A large community of Tibetan people lives in exile in North India, and they understand and study Hindi, besides Tibetan.

On the other hand, Tibet itself is under Chinese control and they promote Chinese language in Tibet.

So, if you intend to travel to Tibet to work with the Tibetans, you should learn Chinese with Tibetan. If you want to travel to India to work with the exiled Tibetans, then Hindi is more useful. If you want to work with the Tibetan community in the US, then most of them should be well versed in English.
