How many appetizers do I have to feed 100 people?

7-10 I have an open house so obviously not everyone will be in my house, same time. I plan to have 2 servers walking around with appetizers. I would also like suggestions on what to do snacks. I want everything to be bite-size for no one has to use a plate and fork. Also, I have the intention of having dessert at the end of last week. I was thinking maybe bite size cakes whoopie, bits of cheesecake … but I'm open to suggestions. There will be an open bar serving beer, wine and martinis at night.
