What is the best air purifier for a home?

I'm looking for a cleaner to clean a 3000sqft 2 story home, looking to clear the smoke wood, pet dander, pollen, carpet dust. Preferably a HEPA purifier. Lowest possible quality purifier price, no more than 700 $ Canadian if possible. Believe me, I realize that.
