Looking to buy a universal remote control for my husband. What is the best one on the market?

I would buy a remote control to change our various remotes. I need one that can control our TVs, DVD players, Playstation, and all other electronics you can imagine. I need one that can control at least 15 electronics. I'm looking for the best one not to rave reviews. Is there anyone who can suggest a good year to buy my husband?
