Should I use reverse osmosis filter water at home?

I recently moved into a house with a VX Kinetico reverse osmosis water filter. Water is normal city water, and tender, so it is fluoridated. Be RO removes fluoride, and I have a 2 months and 2 years old. Since the system RO also removes any hazardous chemical, you should be using it though eliminate fluoride?

I think you should continue using it. But please make sure that the filters in the system are not met or overused. Otherwise, you'll get more polluted water than city water. Then is RO water filter whole house? If not, you still have an option to use the unfiltered water that contains fluoride to other non-essential uses, such as brushing of teeth and gargle after meals. Probably address your concerns after you remove the fluoride. For drinking and cooking, I suggest you stick to water filtered. Hope this helps.
